REFUND POLICY

1. Donations Are Non-Refundable

Every donation made to LKSK India is treated as a voluntary and irreversible act of support, and therefore, is non-refundable. This includes:

• One-time donations
• Recurring monthly or annual donations
• Corporate contributions
• In-kind financial transfers

Once processed, donations cannot be canceled or refunded, except in exceptional circumstances outlined below.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• Donation submitted unintentionally, such as an incorrect amount, accidental duplication, or unintended transaction, can be addressed upon request.
• Unauthorized or deceptive activity involving your payment card or financial account access.
• Donation made by a minor without parental or guardian consent.

To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 7 days of the donation date, providing valid proof of the transaction.

3. How to Request a Refund

Should you have any inquiries about refunds or wish to initiate the refund procedure, feel free to reach out to our friendly and responsive customer care team, who are always ready to provide timely support and guide you through every step.

• Your full name
• Date and amount of the donation
• Payment method used
• Reason for the refund request
• Transaction reference number (if available)

If approved, refunds will be credited using the original payment method and may take 7–14 business days to reflect in your account.

4. Tax Exemption Certificate

If a Section 80G tax exemption certificate has been issued for your donation, a refund cannot be processed, as it may violate legal and tax reporting requirements.

5. Changes to This Policy

LKSK India may update this Refund Policy at any time. Any updates to this policy will be reflected on this page, and by continuing to access or utilize our services, you acknowledge and agree to the amended terms.
